Pressure line filters are examined in 2 main groups. The filters on the system as high pressure (420bar) and low pressure (21bar) have a sensitive filtration capability of 3µ, 6µ, 10µ, 20µ, 25µ. The material required for such precision filtration is obtained by using Defender Fiberglass (Defender microglass) based laminated products. While filtration is performed at the level of 25µ in the system returns, chrome (mesh) filters are used in the suction line. According to scientific studies on hydraulic systems, it has been observed that 70% of the problems in the systems are caused by wear (50% mechanical wear, 20% corrosion), 15% accidents and the last 15% due to exceeding the usage time. With the quality standard provided by the high dirt holding capacity of the raw materials used in our products, it increases the performance and service life of large cylinders, servo valves, hydraulic motors and other machinery and parts, which are the most important elements of the system, and ensures the uninterrupted operation of the hydraulic system.
